Copycat “Wheat Thin” Keto Crackers
Ingredients
- 1½ C Almond Flour
- 4 tsp Sugar Substitute I use Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Egg Whites
Instructions
- Mix the dried ingredients. Break up any clumps in the almond flour.
- Mix in the egg white.
- Between 2 pieces of parchment paper, roll out the dough. I like my crackers super thin, but the thickness is really up to you.
- Remove top sheet of parchment and cut the dough into crackers with a pizza cutter.
- Place in a 325 degree oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Take the baking sheet out of the oven and GENTLY flip and separate the crackers. They will be hot so be careful. Place back in the oven for 5 mins.
- The exact time that it takes to bake these crackers depends on the thickness. Be sure to keep and eye on them. When they are slightly golden and crisp, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Notes
These Keto Crackers are AMAZING! (If I don’t say so myself…LoL) They taste just like Wheat Thins. You really wouldn’t even realize they were Keto/Low Carb!
How to make Keto Crackers

First we start buy mixing together the Almond Flour, Sugar Substitute (I prefer Lakanto Monkfruit Classic) Salt, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder.
Then, mix in the egg whites.

Next you will roll the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Make sure it is parchment and not wax paper. As for thickness, I like to make my crackers pretty thin, but the thickness is totally up to you. The time for baking is an estimated time because of this very reason. As Chef John would say “That’s Just You Cooking!”

I LOVE to top my crackers with some yummy Lambs Quarter Artichoke Dip! What do you like to top your crackers with?
